We are providing information and guidelines to streamline our relationship with you!

Things to know

Each application is different and to allow us to offer Wholesale pricing we do have limitations for our Wholesale Clients. 

If the specific department sees an item or garment and reports back that we aren't going to be able to produce it we will contact you via email and send a refund on the invoice.

Below are our guidelines on what is accepted - Since we don't replace damaged items for wholesale clients we are strict on these guidelines of items we don't do applications on.

Items we don't accept - SCREEN PRINT

  • Wind breakers

  • Hats - We only Embroidery on hats/beanies

  • Water-proof or water resistant coats or other items

  • Reversible jerseys that aren't open ended

  • Extremely thin tees

  • High-end jackets

Items we don't accept - EMBROIDERY

  • Material - We don't embroidery on scraps of material or fabric

  • Very thin merchandise - at the embroiders discretion

  • Specialty hats - if it doesn't work on our hat brackets 

  • We don't make or attach patches

  • Rubber or vinyl items

Screen Printing

Our facilities screen print department is top notch! We use high quality M&R Presses and Image S screen burning!

As of 2023 we are currently running two automatic presses and two manual presses to keep up with the needs of our clients! 

Our Image S - Computer-to-screen burning system is relatively new to screen printing and has given us an edge! Our Automatic Coating Machine gives us quality prints beyond the competition! Ask for a tour of our shop!

Digital Transfer

While Digital Transfers are not a process we recommend, especially to wholesale clients, it is available, Digital Transfers are recommended for "below minimum" jobs. While it gives the option of unlimited colors in a design, the colors are more difficult to color match and the art needs an outline around it to eliminate the need to "Weed" the design. Digital Transfers don't last as long as screen printing and tend to fade over time in the wash. They are also thicker and can form folds and cracks depending on how they are stored. We cannot guarantee the life of digital transfers.

There is also a size limitation to fit the size of our heat presses for application.

Promotional Items

Sometimes clients are looking for something different! Cups, mugs, lanyards, pens, patches, you name it, and we can probably get it!

Embroidery

As of 2023 we currently run an 8-head, a 6-head, and a single head embroidery machines. All of our machines are currently Tajima Embroidery Machines. Our thread, Maderia, is 100% eco-friendly viscose rayon. With over a hundred thread colors available on hand we are able to offer a wide variety of colors. If you have a PMS color you are trying to match send over the PMS color number and we can see what thread color matches the best, if we don't currently carry a specific available thread color we can stock it at a fee.

Embroidery is great on hats, polos, jackets, backpacks, and professional attire.

All new embroidery designs need to be digitized as an EMB and DST file to be produced on embroidery machines, we do this process out of house. The quality of the digitized file is imperative to a quality stitched logo and we leave that to the professionals!

Vinyl Letterkit

Vinyl Letterkit is a way to add custom names to jerseys or tees. If you are looking for a specific color for letterkit contact us, colors on hand are limited. Letterkit is done in single colors and can't get detailed.

For our names we use Stahls font and our numbers are pre-cut 2", 4", 6", 8" and 10" Stahls Font numbers. We currently have 4 heat presses that run in our print department for letterkit.

Stickers

We offer bulk stickers with our sister company, BSI Promos! These are high quality, 6 mil stickers. They can be printed and cut individually or into convenient sheets for shipping. Our Services

Art & Design

For wholesale clients art needs to be sent over "Production Ready". This means sized and in an editable vector format for easy prep for production. When that can't happen we do offer Design Services. 

Design or Recreating Design services start at $50 per hour. 

When we look at the quote we estimate the number of hours the art will take based on the description sent. When your design time reaches 50 minutes we will bill for another hour.

Art time covers - art from description and examples provided, mock-ups, production prep, edits, and research. The more description and examples of what you are wanting provided the less art time there will be. 

Not all of our artists are in-house so it important that you send all information and files before the order starts and all together.

Don't hit the Approval Button until your art is exactly what you need! Once you hit the approve button your art is moved to the production department as is on the screen.

About our Departments

We all know good employees are hard to find, luckily we have found some great ones!

Front Office, Back Office & Shipping

We have limited customer service in-house and most communication is done online and through our Printavo System. 

This practice was adopted during Covid to keep our employees employed and it has worked great!

You are able to send in quotes and inquiries at anytime, even when our offices aren't open. This can allow remote employees to get started on quotes. 

Communicating virtually also allows for us to be able to go back and look for questions from any department. Any questions arise and employees are able to view all communications in Printavo, thus the importance of communicating through our system.

Shipping and deliveries are not accepted or done on Monday's. Please don't schedule for that day.

Print Department

For main production, our print department runs four 10's to allow for more off time and family time! Printing can be a strenuous job! 

Production sometimes schedules evening crew, Saturday crew, and Monday crew to allow for prep, clean-up, maintenance, and additional production. This is why all communication goes through each specific order in Printavo, so they are able to look back if a question arises. It is important that your art proof is correct when you approve it, the customer service rep or art department may not be there when your order is produced.

All production is based on employee availability. Weekend and Monday pick-ups are not available.

When equipment goes down in the print department it can set back orders about a week.

Embroidery

Embroidery is a detailed process requiring a team that is detail oriented and ability to work a repetitious job. There is only one speed for embroidery, so rush jobs can't always be accepted for this application.

Our embroidery department is a well oiled machine! It also follows the same schedule as the Print Department.

Production sometimes schedules evening crew, Saturday crew, and Monday crew to allow for prep, clean-up, maintenance, and additional production. This is why all communication goes through each specific order in Printavo, so they are able to look back if a question arises. It is important that your art proof is correct when you approve it, the customer service rep or art department may not be there when your order is produced.

All production is based on employee availability. Weekend and Monday pick-ups are not available.

When equipment goes down in the embroidery department it can set back orders about a few weeks, our repair comes out of Western Washington and can take extended time periods to get here.
